Maybe you’re a big fan of tofu already, or maybe you’re curious about incorporating it into your diet but don’t know what to do with it. We are pleased to let you know we have the dish for you! Please welcome Saucy Chipotle Tofu to the Quesada menu!
Flexitarians, this one is for you
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a soy based food that comes in different varying textures (from firm to soft). Similar to chicken, it has a naturally neutral taste, and absorbs the flavours that are added to it. This means there is plenty of opportunity to be creative with tofu dishes. Tofu is high in fiber, protein, and all nine essential amino acids. It also contains a rich amount of micronutrients including calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C and zinc.
Non-GMO Soybeans
Our recipe uses tofu that’s made from non-GMO soybeans so you can feel good about the choice you’re making for your meal.
Saucy and Satisfying
Our tofu is cubed and simmered in a chipotle-tomato sauce for a smokey flavour, and can be added to our burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, or nachos.
