Our house made Drunken chicken is made with Tequila-infused Borracho sauce, creating a sweet, smokey and savoury flavour courtesy of the adobo. More savoury than our flame-grilled chicken with a bit of a kick, but not as hot as our spicy chicken, it’s a great option for those who enjoy a mild heat.
